What is YAKINIKU?

YAKINIKU means “barbecue” in Japanese! Our mission is expanding more locations to spread represent the “YAKINIKU culture” around the world to make it a household name – akin to that of Sushi.

About Chef

SHIMOFURI Japanese BBQ "YAKINIKU" Dining is founded by Owner Chef KENT TAKAI who is trained many years for YAKINIKU. He grew up in Tokyo, Japan where his passion and love of YAKINIKU originated.
